I love solving hard problems and putting my best into my work. However, I've realized that losing momentum due to unresponsive colleagues can have a huge impact on work efficiency.

To tackle this issue, I explored several solutions like CoPilot, ChatGPT, Notion, and Microsoft 365. But none of them effectively solve inter-team communication problems. When team members aren't available at crucial times, it significantly hampers momentum. Even interrupting someone deeply focused on a task can negatively affect productivity.
